Kakochang Waterfalls

Kakochang waterfall is also a well-known tourist attraction/picnic spot near Kaziranga. The remains of the historical Numaligarh can also be viewed from this place. The waterfall is located about 13 km from the Bokakhat, a place in the Jorhat Region of Assam.

Nambor Wildlife Santuary

Nambor Wildlife Sanctuary is a protected area located in Karbi Anglong district of Assam in India. This wildlife sanctuary covers an area of 37 km². The area was declared as a sanctuary on 27 July 2000. It is located 25 km from Golaghat district and 65 km from the Kaziranga National Park

Arboretum Cum Craft Centre

Located around 8 Km from central Diphu in the locality of Matipung, Arboretum Cum Craft Centre is a planned complex consisting of a park, garden and a craft and exhibition centre. The garden is well maintained throughout the year and has a variety of annual and seasonal flowers on display throughout the year. There is also a small park area for children to play in.

7th Mile Shiv Mandir

7th mile Shiv Mandir (Synagogue) is located in West Karbi Anglong, Assam, India. Nice place for Worshipping Lord Shiva. There is big statue of Hanuman. Temple is nearby the road. A big festival is celebrated on Shivratri at this place. You will have your all wishes come true.

Nothengpi Karbi Heritage Museum

A very worthy to visit museum. Well maintained,neat & clean. The interior Beauty of the museum is worth mentioning too,the Karbi culture and tradition is potraited so beautifully using modern way. Fully air conditioned inside with chilled air.No problem to visit even in scorching summer heat. Just I felt one big drawback,there is no provision for electricity backup in the museum.
